Looking at the increase presence of technology within classrooms and the transformation of many classrooms into smart and ITV classrooms, research from the Educational Researcher showed a need for teachers to be able to use technology within the classroom. Base on the report, I used the ADDIE process to guide my development of the instructions on how to use a school ITV system. To develop the needs analysis, I used the Mager Performance Analysis to assess the audience performance while using technology to teacher. To categorize the audience, I used the Mager’s Approach to obtain the audience analysis. The Jonassen, Hannum, and Tessmer’s approach was used to obtain the task analysis. Within the design and implementation stage, I used the Gange’s Nine Events of Instructions to guide the process. I used a Rubric to do formative evaluation.
